Okay, okay, so I know it's been foever (8months to be exact) since I late posted! I'm sorry! The time is just flying by. So, to hold you over for a little bit, here are month by month pictures of Logan, since he was 6 months old. They start from the bottom and go up, ending with his one year picture. We can't believe it's already been a year! I will try to update again, before the week is over. Enjoy the pics!

Texas Snow 2010

Yep!!! We got snow!!! It started at 3am on Thursday morning and didn't stop until about 2am Friday morning. We did have school Thursday but not on Friday! As soon as I got home on Thursday, Jason and I bundled up and made a snowman. Logan got all bundled up too and came out for a little bit with Grandma, but then they went inside until the snowman was finished. Mocha really enjoyed the snow, too! She ran circles in the front yard and kept eating bits out of our snowman. We all had a great time and here are some pictures for you to see!

5 Months

Logan is now 5 months old and just so much fun!!! I was looking at him the other day and thinking, "He looks so different to me all of a sudden!" I am starting to miss how little he was when he was first born. He can do so much stuff now-grab his toys, shake his rattles, fit in his jumperoo, he is starting to raise his arms when he wants to be held and he laughs and smiles so much! He even laughs at Mocha when she is playing with her toys-it is the cutest thing ever! Logan has been spoiled over the past 2 weeks, because Grandma Sossi has been visiting. They have had a great time together! It's sure made it a little easier being away during the day. Plus, I've had to attend a few trainings and I know he is being well taken care of! We sure are going to miss her when she leaves! Then Mama Robinson will be watching him again-her last day at her job was January 29th, so she got a nice 2 week vacation-which she definitely deserved! I only have 4 months of school left, and then summer!!!!! I cannot wait for that!!! We also leave for Michigan in just over a month-I need to start making my list of what to pack! I'm excited but also nervous about flying with Logan. I hope he likes the flight :) Well, just wanted to share him with you, now I'm off to bed!

4 1/2 Months

Here are some pictures we took at the Robinson farm. I had a 3 day weekend last week, so we decided to take Logan to see the animals. He had a good time! It was a bit windy but that didn't stop us. Logan enjoyed the animals and sitting on the tractor. The geese did scare him a little because they were loud!

I can't believe how fast this month is going by! He will be 5 months old in just 2 weeks! He is definitely becoming more of a Momma's boy as each day passes. He will only let me put him to bed. I know that he needs to let Jason do it too, but it is just easier to get him to go right to sleep, rather than let him cry. I can't stand to hear him upset. We also hit some big milestones this past weekend with sleeping! On Friday night he slept from 10:30pm-9:15am waking 2 times for his paci; Saturday night from 9:30pm-9:00am waking a couple times for his paci; Sunday night from 8:45pm-6:30am and I had to wake him up then so I could feed him before I went to work!! Jason and I are both SO proud of him! It's great being able to sleep the whole night without him waking up! He is also moving around a lot in his crib-I will lay him with his head at the right side of the crib and when I go in to get him in the morning his head is at the left side! He is going to be a mover just like his Daddy! I wish I could put a camera in there at night so I could see how he does it! Stay tuned for more posts this week-I have lots of pictures to post!

4 Months

4 months old and happy!

Chillin on the couch

I can't believe that Logan is 4 months already! We took him to the doctor last week and he weighs 14lbs. 2oz. and is 25 1/4 inches! He is a growing boy. The doctor said he looks great and what we are doing is working. I was hoping she would let us start Logan on baby cereal, but she said not until 6 months. Oh well, I guess I can wait. I am still nursing him, but he also gets some formula. He is doing well with it-and, although it's not what I wanted to be doing, I know he needs it. We go back to the doctor when he is 6 months. We will also be going to Michigan in March to see my family! I am very excited because Logan will get to meet his Great-Grandpa-it is going to be an awesome trip! Well, enjoy the pics for now!

Here we are in front of our Christmas tree

It's been over a month since I last posted anything. Motherhood is definitely keeping me busy and I am loving every minute of it! I've been off work for the past 2 weeks for winter break and I am not ready to go back! Logan is really becoming more of a Momma's boy as each day passes-I'm a little worried that Monday is going to be a rough day for him. We had a great Christmas. Logan got lots of presents and he is loving them all. Grandma and Grandpa Sossi and Uncle Craig were able to come out and that made it even more special. The trip was too short, as it always is. But, Logan really enjoyed his time with them and can't wait to see them again! We hope Grandma will be down soon-especially since her boss was so nice and gave her a round-trip ticket to come out when she wants.
Logan will be 4 months old next Saturday and I cannot believe it! We go Friday afternoon for his doctor's appointment, so I will do another post then. The last time I weighed him, he was just about 14 pounds! He is growing so fast! He has also developed more of a personality and loves to laugh, smile and talk. He is also getting stronger and can sit up with help and sometimes it seems like he is trying to roll over. He also sat in his highchair for the first time on Christmas Eve! I think he will be ready to start eating baby cereal in another month or two.
Jason is also enjoying being a Daddy. He can make Logan laugh really hard. The two of them have bonded a lot since I've gone back to work and it's fun to watch them together. I know Logan is going to look up to him so much and they are going to have a lot of great memories together.
Well, that's it for now. Enjoy the pictures and I'll post some more next week!

10 Weeks and 3 Days Old

Logan is now 10 weeks and 3 days old! He is definately starting to fill out in his cheeks, arms and legs. He weighed 11 lbs. 4 oz. at his 2 month appointment. He smiles, laughs and coos all the time and it is so much fun to watch! I am even able to capture some of his smiles in pictures.
We are working on grabbing objects.....I had to help him out with this one. It's funny because he will have his hand open and then I try to get him to grab something and he closes it. But, he actually grabbed onto this butterfly for several minutes. Then he started to get upset because he couldn't figure out how to let it go! He does a good job of moving his arms and hitting objects, though.
He really had a grip on it!
I had to go back to work on Thursday and Friday of this past week, so Jason and his mom stayed home and watched him. This is what happens while I'm away!
Pretty soon I am going to have to open up this mat because he will be too long for it!
This was the night before I went back to work.
He's reaching out!
I love my Logan Bear and was sad to leave him while I went to work. I did survive my first two days back-they went by pretty fast. I think it will probably get harder when Logan actually knows that I'm leaving. I just don't want to miss too much while I'm away. Even though I was home for 10 weeks with him, it's still hard. I just love sitting and watching him-he makes the best facial expressions and is so much more vocal now.

We went and saw Kate and Emma on Monday and he slept pretty much all day! When we got home I put him in his Pack N Play and this is how he was sleeping!
